MEMORANDUM

RE: Confirmation of appointment to Hospital Board

February 17, 2004 City Council Meeting

Please confirm the appointment of Linda Butler to the Hospital Board for a term to expire June 30, 2007. The vacancy was created with the resignation of Helen Smith from the Board in January, 2004.

The appointment of Linda Butler to the Hospital Board is in accordance with Article IX of the Hospital's Articles of Incorporation, and Section 4.3 of the ByLaws.

• Attached is the letter of interest from Linda Butler.
