MEMORANDUM

TO:  City Council Members
FROM: Mayor Alan DeBoer 
RE: Proposed Resolution regarding Measure 30

Attached is a resolution regarding Measure 30 for your consideration. I would encourage you to endorse this resolution urging a Yes vote on Measure 30 supporting a two-year temporary tax increase initiated by our state elected officials. I believe the economy is at a place where failure of such a measure in February will cause severe hardships for our schools, social services and medical care.
