Public testimony can be given during public forum and on agenda items at Council meetings. Council business meetings are held every first and third Tuesday at 6 p.m. Study Sessions are held at 5:30 p.m. the day before each business meeting.
If held electronically, please complete the City Council Speaker Request Form and email to the City Recorder's office by 10 a.m. the day of the meeting.
If held in-person, the City Recorder will have speaker request forms that individuals wishing to speak can fill out and return to the Recorder. For more information, contact the City Recorder's Office via email.
