A RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR OPEN SPACE PARK PURPOSES PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIXA, SECTION 2, OF THE CITY CHARTER (LIBERTY STREET PROPERTY)

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The land described in the attached Exhibit A is dedicated for open space park purposes pursuant to Article XIXA, Section 2, of the Ashland City Charter.

SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the mayor.
