1. Minutes of Boards, Commissions and Committees. Traffic Safety Commission Minutes of October 23, 2003 Forest Lands Commission Minutes of November 12, 2003
2. Confirmation of Mayor's appointment of Jim Green to the Traffic Safety Commission for term to expire April 30, 2005.
3. Termination of a Road Easement in Strawberry Meadows Subdivision.
4.Request from the Rogue Basin Water Users Council, Inc. for Funding to Preserve Irrigation Rights to Water.
