A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN INVESTMENT RESOLUTION FOR U.S. BANK TO
MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE BANK SECRECY ACT.

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The attached resolution entitled A Investment Resolution is adopted.

SECTION 2. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
