City of Ashland, Oregon / Human Resources / WORKERS' COMPENSATION

WORKERS' COMPENSATION

The Workers' Compensation Division (WCD) is the state agency that administers and regulates laws and rules that impact the participants in the {C}{C}{C}Oregon workers' compensation system. WCD has programs that ensure timely and appropriate medical treatment and time loss benefits to injured workers, while assisting in keeping costs and burdens low for Oregon employers. In addition, the division administers return-to-work programs that assist in helping injured workers return to their previous job or to find new employment.

If a City of Ashland employee is injured on the job, there are certain steps that must be followed. For the convenience of our employees, especially those who are injured in the field and do not have immediate access to City and State forms within our computer system, we are providing these forms on our website (all in PDF format). Click on the form that is needed from the list in the left column under Workers' Compensation. Questions can be directed to the Personnel Department at 541-552-2110.
