With significant input and assistance from the Climate and Energy Action committee, the City selected Cascadia Consulting Group to assist City staff and the committee in the development of the climate plan as well as to facilitate public involvement throughout the development of the plan.
Cascadia was selected after a formal competitive bidding process that included a total of seven submittals from climate consulting firms from Oregon, Washington and California.
