Synopsis: Councilors Laws, Jackson and Hartzell have requested that the issue of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed expansion of Mt. Ashland be placed on the October 21st agenda. Attachment I is an additional comment to the DEIS that is being proposed by Councilor Jackson. Attachment II is a memorandum from City Attorney Paul Nolte outlining three methods under Robert's Rules of Order regarding revisiting the DEIS.
Recommendation: None.
Fiscal Impact: None.
Background: Attachment III is the DEIS comments approved by the Council at the City Council meeting of October 7, 2003.
Attachments: • Attachment I- additional comment to the DEIS proposed by Councilor Jackson.
• Attachment II - memorandum from City Attorney Paul Nolte outlining three methods under Robert's Rules of Order regarding revisiting the DEIS.
