  5. Discussion regarding Oregon Department of Transportation's (ODOT) application to amend condition No. 27 of Jackson County Ordinance 2009-7 and requesting an exemption from the automatic irrigation requirement in LDO 9.2.8.  ADDED DURING MEETING
