Making Sense of Your Utility Bill

The attached sample bill will help City of Ashland utility customers understand where to look on their bill for the total kilowatts used during the billing cycle, the location of the water meter size and type and total cubic feet of water used during the billing cycle. The actual bill mailed to customers includes two or more graphs at the bottom of the page that indicate the water and energy use for the account over the past 13 months.
