| Background: |
Ms. Mary Krystine has requested that an un-used natural
drainageway easement that was established in 1988 be terminated.
The easement was created through a land partition which was recorded
in Volume 8 Page 91 of the Jackson County plat records. In 1988 the easement
defined the course of Roca Creek over property owned by Robert Norris. In
1996, Roca Creek was re-routed as part of the Roca Creek Rehabilitation Project.
A new easement has been created over the new course of the creek and the
old easement is no longer required and should be removed. |
