A Vision of Downtown
A vision establishes a touchstone against which future projects and decisions can be weighed.
The original downtown plan was adopted by the city in 1988. In 2001, an effort was undertaken to further address issues in the downtown. A document called Ashland's Downtown Plan Phase II was prepared which outlined numerous projects in the downtown.
