Downtown Public Parking Guide
The City of Ashland has a variety of parking types in the downtown area. There are five free parking lots distributed throughout the downtown area (Water St/B St, Winburn Wy/Nutley St, Second St near Hargadine St, Lithia Wy/Pioneer St and Lithia Wy/Second St).
The City of Ashland also manages a paid parking structure on Hargadine St adjacent the the Oregon Shakespeare Festival campus. The fee is $1 for all day parking (6 am to 6 pm). The fee is $1 an hour with a maximum fee of $3 between 6 pm and midnight. The City also offers a monthly daytime parking pass for $20 a month.
