The Ashland Police Department is divided into three divisions; Administration, Operations, and Support.

The Administrative Division consists of Chief Terry Holderness and Administrative Assistant Gail Rosenberg.

Administrative Assistant Gail Rosenberg's job functions consist of budget, purchasing, payroll preparation, training and overseeing background investigations.

Ashland Police Department Receives Re-Accreditation: Ashland Police Department earned re-accreditation from the Oregon Accreditation Alliance in January spearheaded by Gail Rosenberg.  Accreditation is an ongoing process, which validates that the agency has met professional standards and abides by them.
