Attention all members who have renewed their AF&R (formerly FireMed) memberships within the month of December through current. You will be mailed a membership confirmation letter approximately within the next month listing the Head of Household member and your dependents. You will not be receiving membership cards like you have in the past. This letter will serve as your confirmation of membership along with your bank statements. If you happen to use our services, our billing agency has our membership list and will reference it when billing the patient.
