Council Meeting Outcomes December 3rd

Council approved staff�s recommendation to approve a contract for professional engineering/ architectural services with ORW to provide City Hall Phase 2 Design and Construction Documents for a base cost of $404,431 plus the additional cost of $81,400 in this phase to include LEED certification and acceptance process for a total Phase 2 cost of $485,831.
