Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development, Inc. (SOREDI) is embarking on the development of a comprehensive strategic plan to guide economic development efforts in the region for at least the next five years. Over 30 private and public sector partners, including the City of Ashland, have invested in the project, which kicked off in May and is expected to be completed in November.
Now SOREDI needs your help. Those who live or work in Jackson or Josephine counties are invited to provide feedback to a brief survey, which can be found by going to
soredi.org/regional-strategy/. Your input will be considered as the process enters into the opportunity phase.
The City of Ashland is member of SOREDI, a consortium of public entities and private businesses charged with promoting and facilitating economic development throughout Ashland and the Rogue Valley. For questions or assistance in launching or growing a business in Ashland or anywhere else in Southern Oregon, contact SOREDI at

For Ashland specific assistance, the City of Ashland and the Ashland Chamber of Commerce partner to provide local support and assistance.
