The first reading for Ordinance No. 3176 Relating to Public Safety, adding new Ashland Municipal Code Chapter 10.58, which was going to be acted on during the May 7 City Council Business meeting has been moved to May 21, 2019. This Ordinance would create an offense to fail to provide a Peace Officer with name and date of birth.
