Four Arrested for Multiple Charges Stemming from Burglary & Robbery
FOUR ARRESTED FOR MULTIPLE CHARGES STEMMING FROM A BURGLARY AND REPORTED ROBBERY

The Ashland Police Department has arrested four people in conjunction with a business burglary and a separate incident in which a robbery/assault was staged. On January 2, 2019 a burglary was reported to have occurred at the Mobil Gas Station located at 1515 Siskiyou Boulevard. While that case remained open and under investigation, a robbery/assault was reported to have occurred on January 28, 2019 in the parking lot of a bank in the 2200 hundred block of Ashland Street. While detectives were investigating that reported robbery and assault they discovered that the reported victim of the robbery was an employee at the Mobil Gas Station that was burglarized, and that he had staged the robbery in conjunction with an accomplice. This led detectives to re-examine the burglary, leading to the arrest of several people. The subjects arrested were:
Norm Ray, 39, Medford, charged with Theft 1, Conspiracy to Commit Theft 1, Initiation of a False Police Report and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary
Michelle Ray, 38, Medford, charged with Burglary 2, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary 2, Conspiracy to Commit theft 1, Theft 1
Josh Yates, 39, Medford, charged with Conspiracy to Commit Theft 1, Theft 1
Adrian Geyer, 45, Medford, charged with Burglary 2, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary 2, Conspiracy to Commit Theft 1, Criminal Mischief 2
All subject were lodged at the Jackson County Jail
