Ashland Low Income Energy Assistance Program

The Ashland Low Income Energy Assistance Program applications are available in the City Hall building now! ALIEAP can help during the cold winter months by discounting the electric portion of your utility bill by 50% for three to six months, or for up to $300.00, depending on how you qualify. Please visit the office to pick up an application, instructions and income guidelines, or call (541) 552-2038 to request that a packet be mailed to you.

If you have any questions feel free to contact Utility Billing by phone at (541) 488-6004, or by email at utilitybilling@ashland.or.us.
