Street patching along A Street (1st to 3rd Street) - September 12th
On Wednesday, September 12th, the City of Ashland Street Division will be patching bad areas on A Street between 1st and 3rd Street. While this work is being performed, A Street between 1st and 4th will be closed to all traffic and no on-street parking will be allowed. This will allow for worker safety and performing of the patching in the quickest way possible. Any parked vehicles must be moved by 4:30 AM or face towing.
We understand the conflict this can pose to adjacent businesses, however, performing this patching work now will prevent further street degradation and the need for a larger patching project. Our hope is with an early start we will be wrapping up and allowing some traffic in and out of A Street by noon.
