Council approved appointment of Beverly Hovenkamp to the Historic Commission. For more information click here. 

Council approved appointment of Priscilla Schuyler-Franco to the Forest Lands Commission. For more information click here. 

Council approved the Liquor License for Masala Mastee, LLC. For more information click here.


Council moved approval of the labor contract with Ashland Firefighters' Association Local #1269 with the following correction: "In the second year of the contract, Incentive Pay of 1% (based off Top Step Firefighter pay) will be added to the employee's compensation for any member who qualifies for the fitness incentive in the prior year by passing with a time less than 10 minutes.

Council approved the First Reading of the Amendment to AMC 6.28 Transportation Network Companies with the following modifications:

• Vehicle safety inspection will be every 2 years or 20,000 miles.
• Background checks shall include a search of no less than 7 years.
• Review the Ordinance in one year.
