Public Open House - Transit Triangle Project
Monday, December 11, 2017, at the Ashland Senior Center, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., you are invited and encouraged to attend a public open house to both learn about and provide input regarding the infill strategy for the “Transit Triangle”.
The “transit triangle” is the area surrounding the bus route in the southern part of the city along Ashland St., Tolman Creek Rd. and Siskiyou Blvd. The purpose of this effort is to consider policies that create incentives for a greater concentration of businesses and residential units, increase transportation choices, and promote sustainable planning initiatives.
Please come to an open house to see example project prototypes, discuss the policies being considered, and share your thoughts regarding the future development of Ashland. The Ashland Senior Center is located at 1699 Homes Avenue, Ashland. For more information about the infill strategy please visit: www.ashland.or.us/transit_triangle
