LOCAL MEN ARRESTED DURING EARLY MORNING SEARCH WARRANT

On 08/18/17 at about 07:30am, Ashland Detectives executed a search warrant on a residence located in the 100 block of Morton Street.  During the search of the home, detectives seized methamphetamine and prescription pills, and arrested Paul and Charles Kwiatkowski.  The investigation was initiated after the Police Department received multiple neighbor complaints about the house.

Paul Kwiatkowski, the owner of the home, was lodged for Possession, Distribution and Manufacturing of Methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, and Possession & Distribution of a schedule IV controlled substance - Xanax.
 
Charles Kwiatkowski, who was also present in the home, was found to be in violation of his parole and arrested for Parole Violation - Robbery 3rd Degree.
