Helicopter Thinning to Begin this Friday, February 24th

Helicopter based restoration and fire safety work will begin this Friday. Helicopter removal of thinned trees is the lowest impact to our watershed's soils. For your own safety, please use only open areas at all times.

Thank you for your ongoing patience. We realize the project impacts some opportunities to get out and enjoy our forests, and we appreciate the community's ongoing tolerance so work can continue. Numerous trails remain open of the 50 miles of trail maintained in the project area.
