Join the Ashland Chamber of Commerce and City of Ashland in hearing key findings of the 2015-2016 Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) Study on Thursday, October 13th from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Siskiyou Room in the Community Development Building at 51 Winburn Way.
The 2015-2016 BR&E was done in partnership with the City of Ashland via their approved Economic Development Strategy and the Ashland Chamber of Commerce. Chamber Board members and volunteers surveyed over 50 traded-sector businesses and reported survey results to a third-party economic analysis firm to maintain confidentiality for the Ashland businesses. A report was produced with the thematic findings of the survey and will be used by both the Ashland Chamber and City of Ashland for business and economic development. This is the third BR&E produced in partnership by the City of Ashland and Ashland Chamber of Commerce and results of these surveys have produced the Ashland Chamberís Global Conferences on Business & Culture, Ashland Innovators Conference as well as the Ashland Chamberís companion website, the Ashland Business Resource Portal (ashlandbusinessresource.com
