Climate and Energy Action Plan Open House #2

Ashland Climate and Energy Action Plan
September 25, 2016
3:00 - 5:00 PM
Stevenson Union, SOU (1250 Siskiyou Blvd.)

The City of Ashland is developing a Climate and Energy Plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help prepare the community for a changing climate. The public is invited to participate in the second of three open houses this year to help shape the plan, which the City hopes will reflect the community’s goals and vision for the future. Ultimately, the plan will guide investments in on-the-ground measures designed to meet goals and targets to efficiently reduce emissions and build resilience.

This open house will focus on potential strategies and actions the committee is considering.

Please attend to learn more about how climate change may impact Ashland, and to give the City your input as the planning process gets underway. Together, the community can build a more resilient and sustainable Ashland for local residents, businesses, and visitors. To learn more, visit www.ashland.or.us/climateplan.
