MULTIPLE ARRESTS MADE IN OVERNIGHT STABBING

On 04/01/16 at about 12:30am, Ashland Police Officers responded to the 300 Block of Palm Street to investigate a stabbing. The stabbing was the result of an altercation between several males who crashed a house party. Four of the uninvited partygoers were asked to leave and a fist fight ensued. During the fight, one of the suspects, Brett Hollins Jr. (21), stabbed two males that were in attendance. One was struck in the abdomen and the other in the back.
Although the 4 men fled the area, all of the involved suspects were located within hours and are now in police custody. Ashland Detectives, Patrol Officers and resources from across the valley worked throughout the night to complete a detailed and thorough investigation. The additional resources came from the Talent Police Department, Phoenix Police Department, and the Jackson County Sheriffs Office.
Brett Hollins Jr. (21) was charged with Assault 1, Assault 2, Assault 3 and Riot. Tyler Pascals (22), Phillip Boches (19), and Anthony Mooney (22), were charged with Assault 3 and Riot.
Both male victims were transported to Rogue Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening wounds.
