CHECK FORGERY ALERT
 
SUSPECT IDENTIFIED
 
The Ashland Police Department has identified the below male as a suspect in the recent theft of personal checks from the utility billing drop box located in the Shop’n Kart parking lot.  The male was captured on video cashing stolen checks at the Bank of America in Roseburg and Ashland.  He is described as having a facial tattoo on his left cheek with the letters “RIP” along with an unknown name.  The suspect may be driving a newer red Infinity sedan, possibly with no license plates.
