Energy Performance Scores - Sign up now!

The City of Ashland partners with Enhabit (formerly Clean Energy Works) to deliver savings and comfort to Ashland homeowners.   Enhabit is the largest  home renewal provider in the Northwest, guiding homeowners through a complete custom experience – from your initial home consultation to the right match with local contractors and secure financing, if needed.
Enhabit guides you, step-by-step.
We begin with an initial review of your home and guide you through a project that may include energy efficiency upgrades, seismic strengthening, indoor air quality improvements and solar energy installations.  Our one stop service includes an initial in-home assessment, matching with certified local contractors and secure financing. Plus, an Enhabit Home Performance Advisor is available to answer questions and ensure your satisfaction along the way.
What you can expect from Enhabit
  • Initial in-home visit: Our 100 Point Performance Check (retail value $250), pinpoints where your home is working well, or not – identifying opportunities for better energy efficiency, indoor air quality improvements and other health and safety needs.
  • All available and eligible rebates from the City of Ashland and other local utilities
  • No-money-down financing from local lenders
  • One-stop convenience: Insulation, windows, heating and cooling systems, radon and seismic upgrades, solar and more bundled into one convenient project
  • Enhabit Home Performance Advisors are at your service throughout your project
Want to know more about how well your home uses energy? – Take 5 minutes to complete an online home energy audit.  Enhabit offers solid “starter kit” information on the energy patterns of your home, and helps you decide what to do next.
