                                                       Invasion of Personal Privacy

On 10/14/15, the Ashland Police Department received an Invasion of Personal Privacy complaint that occurred at the Recycling Center - 220 Water Street.  An adult female reported an "Upskirt" incident which refers to the practice of taking unauthorized photographs under a woman's skirt.  The male suspect immediately fled the area after he was confronted by the woman.
The male is described as a white male, mid 40's, six foot tall and a heavy build.  He had grayish hair, a round face and light colored eyes.  Furthermore, he was seen leaving the area in an early 90's tan pick-up truck and towing a small older model square camper trailer.  The pickup truck was also described as dull - as if painted by the suspect and not a professional body shop.
