APD Roll Out Of New Facebook Page, APD Press Release

ASHLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT
PRESS RELEASE

Ashland Police Announce Roll Out Of Department’s New Facebook Page

October 6, 2015

The Ashland Police Department would like to announce the launch of its Facebook page. The page can be found at the following website:

facebook.com/ashlandpolicedept

The page can also be found by searching for the “Ashland Oregon Police Department.”

It is our intention and desire that this page become another means by which the public can stay in touch with its police department. APD will use the page to share information that the public needs, as well as ask for the public’s help in trying to solve cases. The department and the community enjoy a great mutually beneficial and mutually dependant relationship. This will be one more way we can further our mutual goals and make Ashland as safe a community as we can.

All members of the community are encouraged to visit the page.

While we would like to encourage all members of the community to engage us on our new page, we would also like to remind everyone that calls for service need to go through dispatch via 911 or the non-emergency number.

*Press inquiries please contact Deputy Chief Warren Hensman  at 541 482 5211*
