Re: Search Warrant - Houston's Custom Framing & Fine Art

On 07/03/14 at approximately 11am, the City of Ashland Police Department executed a search warrant at 270 East Main Street, Houston's Custom Framing & Fine Art, as part of an ongoing investigation into the crime of Invasion of Personal Privacy. Several items of evidentiary value were recovered during the search warrant and Thomas Houston was arrested. Mr. Houston was lodged into the Jackson County Jail on 20 Counts of Invasion of Personal Privacy and 1 count of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
The investigation indicates that Houston was viewing people in a neighboring businesses bathroom facility without their knowledge or consent. Digital evidence was seized and will be analyzed. Furthermore, multiple victims are expected to be discovered during this ongoing criminal investigation.
