2012 Community Development Action Plan Available for Review
The City of Ashland anticipates an annual allocation of approximately $164,556 in Community Development Block Grant funds for Program Year 2012 (July 1, 2012-June 30, 2013) by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This document, the CDBG Action Plan for Program Year 2012, describes the project(s) that the City will undertake and the manner in which the project(s) are consistent with the priorities of the Five-Year Consolidated Plan. The City Council has also approved an amendment to the 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan for the use of Community Development Block Grant funds to allow for the funding of three projects in a given year. This is a change from the previously adopted policy of funding no more than two projects in a given year. To access the entire 2012 Action Plan select the link below.
