Daniel Meyer Memorial Pool Redesign Project

Daniel Meyer Pool Redesign Concept
The Daniel Meyer Memorial Pool was built in 1983 with the intent that it would serve as a seasonal community pool. Over time, the pool usage became more intensive than originally planned for. In 2018, Parks Commissioners formed a Pool Ad-Hoc Committee to review options for the pool. The committee met over the course of six (6) months and formed a recommendation for the replacement of the Daniel Meyer Memorial Pool, which was subsequently approved by the Parks Commissioners. Based on the current state of the pool and the current demand for use, the committee made recommendations that were used to create the Draft Design Report. A virtual meeting was held December 8, 2020 to review the design.
