Fire Season Operational Waiver

This is an application for a Fire Season Operational Waiver. The purpose of the application is to request a permit to operate equipment during the time a shutdown has been ordered. This is not the permit. A permit is not valid until signed and received from Ashland Fire & Rescue. Fire Season Operational Waivers will only be issued in the City of Ashland and not on lands also protected by the Oregon Department of Forestry.

This permit can be revoked at any time and is not valid if regulations change to a more hazardous classification.
