Registration is required to maintain bee hives within the City of Ashland. The standards relating to the keeping of Bees as outlined in the Ashland Municipal Code (Chapter 09.08.040(D)) shall be continuously met.

* By submitting this registry application I certify that I will maintain bees and bee hives in conformance with the standards of the City of Ashland Municipal Code Chapter 9.08.040(D) and that that the ability to keep bees is subject to revocation if violations of the Municipal Code exist on the property.
