FAQ - Police
Can I be fingerprinted at APD?

Q: Where can I be fingerprinted?

A:

The Records Dept of Ashland Police fingerprints for the public.  Fingerprinting is done only on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.  No appointment is necessary.

The charge is $20 for the first card, and $10 for each additional card.  We accept cash or check only, and you will need to bring in a gov't issued form of I.D.  such as a driver's license or passport.

We use a livescan, inkless form of fingerprinting.  The process takes approximately 15 minutes, but at times it can be quite busy and may take longer, so please plan accordingly.

For more information, contact Records Dept at 541-482-5211.
