Present: Commissioners Gardiner, Landt, Lewis, Miller, Shaw; Director Black; Superintendent Dickens; Executive Assistant Dyssegard

Gardiner called the Special Meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. at the Parks Admin Office, 340 S. Pioneer Street.

ITEM #4 ADJOURNMENT OUT OF SPECIAL MEETING AND INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Commission adjourned out of Special Meeting and into Executive Session at 3:05 p.m.
