I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Slattery called the Cost Ad-Hoc Committee Meeting to order at 3:10 PM.
II. INTRODUCTIONS
Members present were Jim Bachman, Shane Hunter, Pamela Lucas, Stefani Seffinger and Mike Morris.
III. MEETING TIMES
Slattery suggested having 2 meetings a month beginning in September and hope to get something to Council in January.
Slattery explained that the Mayor will be appointing a new member to the Budget Committee soon and the new member will have the option to join this Committee.
Meeting times suggested were the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month beginning in September. Meetings will be held in the Siskiyou Room or Council Chambers from 3-5 PM.
Dates confirmed were: September 4th and 17th , October 2nd and 16th, November 6th and 20th, December 4th and January 15th.
Slattery explained the focus of the Committee.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The Cost Ad-Hoc Committee Meeting was adjourned at 3:25 PM.
