    3. Get Council engaged (10x20.net)
    4. Barriers: lukewarm support by Council?
  2. CEJB endorsement
    1. Info. from SOCAN to share with the Conservation Commission
  3. Support Clean energy services CEAP.  Actions:
    1. Switch to non-carbon fuels
    2. Complete plan for electric utility
    3. Encourage solar energy production
    4. Enhance production of on-site energy from city
  4. Bridge 10x20 and CEAP
  5. School bond recommendations
