MINUTES
 
 
Members Present: Lincoln Zeve, George Schoen, William Butler, David Wolske and Susan Moen, Bill Skillman (10:53am)
Members Absent: Mike Morris and Bob Skinner
Staff: Kaylea Kathol, Kyndra Irigoyen, and Scott Fleury (11:05am)
Guests: Dawn Lamb, Daniel Palomino (JLC) and Tim Bewley (Wild Fire Mitigation Commission)
 
  1. CALL TO ORDER: 10:45 AM
 
2.AGENDA ITEM ADDITIONS:  None
 
3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None
 
4.OLD BUSINESS: None
 
5.NEW BUSINESS: New flyer has been created. Lamb will send to sneak preview. Zeve will send to Mail Tribune. Send to JPR at least 10 days before. Schoen spoke to Samba about providing music. Staff will create Facebook event invite. Lamb will contact Chamber of Commerce about event. Distribute flyers throughout town. Provide information to school districts. Fleury has secured signs for Main St, at the Middle School, intersection on 66 and Dead Indian. Robotics team will be there. RC will be there. Moen will follow up with Science Works. Butler will follow up with Smoke Jumpers. Fleury will see if notice can included in Utility Billing notice. Include notice on field for aircraft owners to move planes. Lamb will follow up on food trucks. Secured jumpy houses. Annie Party Works will be there to do face painting.
