  Important:  Any citizen may orally address the Council on non-agenda items during the Public Forum.  Any citizen may submit written comments to the Council on any item on the Agenda, unless it is the subject of a public hearing and the record is closed.  Time permitting, the Presiding Officer may allow oral testimony.  If you wish to speak, please fill out the Speaker Request form located near the entrance to the Council Chambers.  The chair will recognize you and inform you as to the amount of time allotted to you, if any.  The time granted will be dependent to some extent on the nature of the item under discussion, the number of people who wish to speak, and the length of the agenda.

1.   Second reading of an ordinance titled, “An ordinance modifying the Verde Village Subdivision Development Agreement to allow partitioning of the property consistent with the approved phasing plan; adjusting the property lines for lots #3 - #9 and #15 - #17; modifying the approval with regard to the timing of the installation of landscaping, irrigation and open space improvements in Phase I; and modifying Exhiit E of the approved Development Agreement with amended language to condition #30 relating to the construction and timing of street improvements for Perozzi Street and Almeda Drive, and the addition of two new conditions”
