Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

Approval of minutes
Minutes of the April 18 and May 12 minutes were approved with corrections.
 
Update on Calle
Artist Annette Julien is injured and will require surgery later this summer.  This will delay the completion and installation of her piece Fall Splendor on the upper Calle pedestal. 
 
Calle Utility Boxes
Artist Yelena Joy presented her design sketches for painting the three previously identified electric utility boxes.  The costs for the project will be covered by the ½ of 1% of the Parks construction project on the Calle.  Seltzer will arrange for the boxes to be primed and then coated after the artist completes the work.  Joy will begin her work as soon as the boxes are primed.
 
Motion to approve artist designs for the boxes and granting the artist license to modify the sketches as needed:  All approved.
 
Review of Gateway Submissions
The PAC continued their review and scoring of the submissions.  They will meet hold a special meeting on Monday, May 19 at 3:00 at Fire Station No. 1.
 
After previous PAC meetings and reviews of the 63 submissions, eighteen submissions remain on the list for further consideration and review.
