ATTENDANCE
Present: Commissioners JoAnne Eggers, Sally Jones, Jim Lewis, Director Ken Mickelsen
Absent: Commissioners Rick Landt, Laurie MacGraw
CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Department Office, 340 S. Pioneer Street
ADJOURNMENT TO EXECUTIVE SESSION – Real Property per ORS 192660 (i) (e)
RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION
Discussion related to proposed trail through the Perozzi Property
MOTION – In relation to the Perozzi property, Commissioner Lewis moved to accept the proposed Permanent Public Pedestrian Easement for the City of Ashland as drafted by City Attorney Paul Nolte. Commissioner Eggers seconded.
The vote was: 3 yes – 0 no
MOTION –Commissioner Eggers moved to communicate, in writing to the City Council, the Commission’s desire to no longer pursue the appeal of the project referred to in Executive Session (Perozzi Trail). Commissioner Lewis seconded.
The vote was: 3 yes – 0 no
ADJOURNMENT – By consensus, with no further business, Vice Chair Jones adjourned the meeting.
