Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.
SWOT
Commissioner Sandy Friend volunteered to facilitate the process.
Individually the group identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the public art program for the city.
As a group the members reviewed, discussed and agreed upon the various SWOT comments.
Goals
Based on the SWOT comments, the members identified five draft goals and assigned objectives to each goal.
Friend will consolidate and fine tune the draft for PAC final review and prioritization of the goals at the March 15 meeting.
