I.Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 pm.
II. Citizen Issues:
None
III. Approval of minutes from October 9

IV. Members discussed the final report submissions and the final format of the report. Vavra will compile the submissions in to a final document.
The committee will present the final report to the City Council on Tuesday, January 6.
Vavra announced this was the last meeting of the CLAC and invited comments about the process. Members agreed they had completed their work as requested by council and outlined in the resolution and that they were pleased with their work and the process.
Meeting adjourned 5:00.
