Chair Markell called meeting to order at 8:20 a.m.

Minutes of 11/17/06 approved Gay/Rickbone

Presentation:  Paula Brown from Public Works brought George Kramer and Norma to do a presentation about the Lithia Fountain remodel.  They asked for our recommendation which we gladly gave in favor of bronze cast with powder coating for the sinks.

Master Plan Update:

Final dates for first two public meetings will be Feb. 8th, 5-7 p.m. and Feb. 14th, 1:30-3:30 at the community center.  This was decided upon at a subcommittee meeting.

Carissa had a near final copy of the questionnaire.  Some minor changes were made and she is to have final ready for Jan. 8th meeting.

Per Catherine Rickbone the deadline for the street banner is January 15, 2007.

The next Master Planning meeting will be January 8th at Annette’s house at 882 “B” St.
